Jodie Briggs - (Venturesome
Educator) She piloted a venturesome
course for theater aficionados through
their exploration of plays beyond the
charts for TWS’ Mainstage productions.
Cheri Campbell - (Ad Queen)
Her reigning expertise and persistence
helped fill the theatre’s coffers last
year, as in several recent years.
Carol Dapogny - (Wonderful
Stand-in) She ignored retirement,
travel plans, sore limbs, and other
mere mortal restraints in undertaking
the difficult task of running CTWS with
professionalism and leadership.
Judy Divita - (Webhead)
She imaginatively created and maintained
TWS’ own website, diligently filling
it with vital and current information,
up-to-date news, reminders and oodles
of topical photos.
Kirby Harris - (Tool Man)
He consistently displayed organization,
wisdom and patience in the upkeep of
the Scene Shop areas, and added constructive
suggestions, expertise and work for
improvements in TWS’ facilities.
Jane Stacey - (Picture Lady)
She endlessly hunted for, found and
displayed cast and crew photos and other
works of art for the lobby.
Bonnie Hilton and Liz Steele
- (Hostesses with the Mostest)
They planned, prodded, plotted, pushed,
pulled, promoted, published, publicized,
patronized and perspired in producing
a precious peak party as the 2000GALA.
Joel Nikoleit - (Super Sounder)
By his persistent prodigious perceptions,
proposals and performance, he developed
and implemented a completely new and
effective sound system for our Theatre.
Ginny Richardson - (Ardent
Activator) Voluntarily becoming
an advisor, counselor, confidante and
facilitator for newcomers who desire
to participate in the TWS family, she
created and enthusiastically implemented
the Activator program.
Fred Sauers - (Digital Doc)
He guided us with extreme patience in
the voodoo of computers, networks, bits,
bytes and the occasional gig, without
raising his voice.
Tom and Sandy Squillo - (Boards
and Brushes Duo) For building, taping,
touching-up, fixing, moving, adjusting,
painting, readjusting and repainting
set after set, only to tear it all down
and start again a few weeks later -
while still speaking to one another,
and constructively to co-workers.
Sue Turner - (Quilting Bee
and Computer Countess) She applied
her imaginative and meticulous artistic
quilting skills to generate a traditional
lottery prize, and her extensive computer
equipment background to help select
an assembly of new-age business computers
and accessories, all for TWS and despite
a ski-banged leg.
Ed Wavak - (Workshop Wizard)
An innovator, advocate and worker in
the Directors Workshop program, he was
a key and passionate mover and shaker
in developing and implementing the short
shorts productions.
Denny Wise - (Directory Dude)
He maintained and expanded the ever-useful
TWS directory, while continuing to diligently
serve as Recorder of Deeds of all Actives.
Ruth Cekal, Jill Neely, Joan Roeder,
Paulette Sarussi and Don Strueber
- (Rare Daybirds) Each was ready,
willing and able to flock to the box
office, scratch for tickets and coo
to our customers when the Box Office
Manager was unavailable, even in broad
daylight hours.
